Is there CSS code that can change the browser scroll bar thumb slider color (shade)?If so, anyone have any idea what the CSS code would be?

Why it persists on safe mode has to be investigated.Probably because it just flips the pref controlling referrers, not rewrite headers for every request (which would be needed otherwise)
