Browser Support • Downloads Window not showing progress

I'm used to the Downloads Window showing the progress of the files I'm downloading (it usually fills with green when I shrink the window).



The progress bar fills up as usual, but the PM icon in the Taskbar is remaining completely clear now. When I shrink the window, I'll have no idea whether it's progressing or not.
Any idea what could be causing this? It just started happening today.
