Ran in SafeMode
The Cartoon Widget of the Start.me page fails to render in only Pale Moon and Basilisk (all other browsers, tested in a total of 10 other browsers, do not exhibit this issue).
Contacted Start.me support - they do not know what my problem is in as much as their staff report that the issue does not occur on their end.

Tested in "SafeMode" and in "New Private Window" with same results. Cache and cookies has been cleared for multiple tests.
Note: it is important to point out that very occasionally the widget will render successfully (perhaps 5%-8% of the time, just a rough estimate). On this point, before posting this I ran 15 tests; 13 failed to render and 2 rendered successfully (which would appear to be better than usual). (I would guess with all of my testing the Widget since Tuesday, as of when the issue started, I've observed the Widget to work as expected around 4 times while it has failed an estimated total of at least 40-50 times).
