Any difference if you restart PM into Safe Mode?

Select the first item, the white button
Then the blue button in the popup

It then pops up a dialog [with an "OK" button] (which I'll assume is something like... "item" has been added ?)
After which,I'm taken to a login page

(And that's as far as I can go)

So for as much as I can tell, appears things are working correctly.
